I'm Vanessa and I'm 30 years old. I work in an office and have regretted not taking a different path. I've always been interested in luxury homes. But my parents thought I should complete a solid vocational program. I trained as an office administrator. I feel very constrained, since I like to get out and about. The way apartments and houses are furnished says so much. Of course it's also always a question of the bank account, but you can make a lot out of a little. My online course brings me an incredible amount of joy. It's interesting how much is involved when you sell a house or rent out an apartment. As a real estate agent you have many tasks.

Putting together the listing is exciting. You should be a bit of a photographer. Having an eye for the best pictures is an advantage for the buyer as well as the agent. The better the photos, the more likely you are to get more interested buyers. In the end, it's the calling card.

Beautiful Is Not Always Beautiful and Luxury Is Not Always Luxury

Everyone defines luxury differently. For me, luxury homes are something very special. The interior is just as important as the exterior facade. High-quality materials are the be-all and end-all everywhere. Everything must and should be perfect. You shouldn't cut corners here.

The heating system and the front gate are equally important. The look is fundamentally important, but the heating should also be installed by a good manufacturer. Luxury through and through. That's how I want to advise as a real estate agent, and I place absolute importance on it.

It's a joy to see people move into their own home with excitement and look forward in advance to what awaits them. How do I know? I watch a lot on YouTube and always tune in to shows where luxury is on offer. It's my world and I can lose myself in it completely.

The internet offers so much to look at. Many portals offer videos where you can take a close look at the outside and inside of a house. I've spent nights in front of my laptop and couldn't tear myself away.
