Who I am

I’m 29, I live in Hamburg and I’ve loved designer bags for as long as I can remember. Unlike what many people assume, I don’t come from big money – I worked hard for every one of my bags, financed it cleverly or received it as a gift. I’m open about it because I believe luxury shouldn’t be a taboo subject just because you can’t pay for it in cash right away.

On Designer-Taschen-Ratenkauf.de I write about what I’ve experienced myself: which installment plans are really worth it, how I financed my first Chanel bag, and how I learned to talk openly with a generous sugar daddy about wishes instead of secretly saving up.

How it all began

During my retail apprenticeship my interest in high-quality fashion grew – but my paycheck didn’t come close. I started comparing financing plans, hunting for sales and, at some point, trying out sugar dating too. I financed my first really expensive bag through a mix of my own savings and a fair payment plan. Since then I know exactly what to look out for so that installment buying doesn’t turn into a cost trap.

Those experiences shaped me. I want to pass them on, because back then I would have loved someone to explain honestly how to afford luxury without going into debt.
